Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services—customized B2B lead generation and marketing solutions—all payments made to LeadPillar are non-refundable. We invest significant resources into strategic planning and execution immediately upon contract initiation. By proceeding with a purchase, the client acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms for both subscription-based and project-based engagements are governed by the individual contract agreed upon with the client. Each contract will specify the notice period and any applicable conditions required for cancellation. Clients are responsible for reviewing these terms prior to agreement. No cancellations will be accepted outside the parameters of the signed contract.
Fulfilment Policy
All services are delivered based on a mutually agreed-upon scope of work, formalized through a signed contract. The delivery process begins after contract execution, following an initial onboarding and strategy session. Progress is monitored through bi-weekly status calls, during which we review deliverables, assess performance metrics, and prioritize future actions. Clients are expected to provide required materials or access in a timely manner as outlined in the contract to avoid delays in fulfilment.
